The NCCC-134 Committee on Applied Commodity Price Analysis, Forecasting, and Market Risk Management is a Multistate Research Coordinating Committee organized by the United States Department of Agriculture National Institute of Food and Agriculture (USDA NIFA). Originally designated as NCR-134, the committee began meeting in 1981. Since that time, the committee’s annual conference has brought together academic researchers and industry professionals from across the United States and around the world to present and discuss research on Applied Commodity Price Analysis, Forecasting, and Market Risk Management. Our work emphasizes applied research, solid communication, and practical relevance, making the meeting an important forum for the discussion and dissemination of research on commodity markets.
