Rents and Prices Outlook: Results from a Mid-Year Survey Conducted by the Illinois Society of Professional Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers

We will present results of a mid-year survey asking what the outlook is for farmland prices at the end of 2026. Outlook for cash rents in 2027 will be presented. The survey also asked respondents about wind and solar leases, along with activity in data centers. That information will be presented.
