The on-line registration site is open for the 2013 AGMasters Conference. The conference will take place December 2 and 3 at the i Hotel and Conference Center, Champaign, Illinois. The program will begin with a general session that features five outstanding speakers who will cover a broad range of topics that relate to agricultural production and the environment. Following the opening session, participants will be able to select eight of sixteen specialized workshop topics of most interest to them. The workshops are limited to 45 students and are designed to enhance as much interaction as possible with the instructors. One of the added benefits of this conference is the great diversity of instructors from other universities. This wide array of speakers will enable participants to listen to many perspectives on important and challenging issues. Participants can earn a maximum of 12 CEU’s in the following categories: professional development, integrated pest management, nutrient management, soil and water, and crop management. The registration period will close at the end of the day on November 16. Sign-up for the workshops is  competitive and is on a first-come, first-serve basis. Once a class size of 45 has been reached, that particular workshop will be full and registrants will need to make other choices.  So, if you want your first choices, register as soon as possible.
